- Your clinic or business name, city/state, and website URL
- Your personal email address
- Your personal phone number, if you choose to provide one
- Clinic type and main treatment or service of interest
- Any optional notes about what you’d like reviewed
- Your selected appointment date and time
How we use this information
We use the information you submit to schedule and confirm your Leak Review call, send you a booking confirmation, notify our team internally of the new booking, and follow up with you about the review you requested. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your separate consent.
Service providers
To operate this booking system, we rely on trusted third-party service providers:
- Supabase — stores booking records securely as our database provider.
- Resend — delivers the booking confirmation and internal notification emails on our behalf.
These providers process information solely to support the booking and notification functions described above.
What we do not collect
This website does not intentionally collect patient records, medical information, or other protected health information (PHI). Please do not submit patient records or PHI through this website or in any booking notes. The Free Public Leak Preview reviews public clinic signals only; any further review requiring internal business data is handled separately, with your explicit permission.
Data retention
We retain booking information for as long as reasonably necessary to deliver the service you requested and to maintain our own business records. You may request that we delete your information at any time by contacting us.
