These Terms of Service govern your use of the TIVROS website. By submitting a booking request or otherwise using this website, you agree to these terms.

About this website

This website is an informational and lead-generation site for TIVROS, describing our clinic growth services and allowing clinics to book a Leak Review call. It is not a self-service software product, and it does not grant access to the private TIVROS Audit Engine.

Free Public Leak Preview and Full Leak Audit

The Free Public Leak Preview is a review of publicly available clinic signals only — no passwords, patient data, or internal account access are required or requested. The Full Leak Audit is a separate, deeper paid service ($500 standalone, or included in a TIVROS package) delivered by TIVROS after the clinic provides permission and the required business data. These are distinct offers, and completing one does not automatically include the other.

No guarantees

TIVROS does not guarantee any specific number of leads, bookings, consultations, or revenue outcome as a result of using this website, booking a Leak Review, or engaging TIVROS services. Figures referenced on this website (such as calculator outputs) are illustrative estimates based on numbers you enter, not promises of results.

Your responsibilities

Your clinic remains solely responsible for its own medical, legal, advertising-compliance, and other regulatory decisions. TIVROS does not provide legal, medical, or HIPAA compliance advice, and nothing on this website should be read as such. Please do not submit patient records or protected health information (PHI) through this website.

Third-party platforms

Delivering TIVROS services may involve third-party platforms (for example, advertising platforms, booking/database and email infrastructure, or review tools). TIVROS is not responsible for the availability, policies, or performance of third-party platforms outside its control. Third-party costs — ad spend, SMS or phone usage, CRM/SMS software, booking tools, review tools, and similar fees — are separate unless specifically stated.

Intellectual property

The content, design, and branding of this website — including the TIVROS name, logo, and written content — belong to TIVROS and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
